2. Strength Requirements

A material with adequate strength enhances the tool's longevity. While materials with both low melting points and high strength are limited, any alloy material meeting the stamping process requirements can be effectively utilized. Current low melting point alloy materials for alloy aluminum tube pipes exhibit tensile strength around 5-10 kg/mm, compressive tension of 5-10 kg/mm, and Brinell hardness ranging from HB15-25.
