1. Overview of Mn13 Steel Plate

Mn13 high manganese steel is known for its two primary features:

  1. Increased wear resistance with greater external impact.
  2. Continuous formation of a new work-hardened layer as the surface hardened layer wears away.

Mn13 rolled steel plate offers excellent wear resistance under strong impact and high stress. It does not break during use and can be easily cut, welded, and bent.

  • Manganese content: 13%, which gives Mn13 steel its name.
